Prepare your body for the long days of standing, walking and sitting at the ITC conference with "pre-tensioning" and myofascial release exercises to help you relax and enjoy the conference

What to bring:
Towels are provided by the property. You can also bring your own towel or a yoga mat if you prefer.
Warmer clothes, since we'll be outside and lows in October are around 60 degrees F, but it heats up quick
Water, especially important to hydrate with myofascial release

Led by a biomechanics expert that is a certified Human Foundations practitioner with Functional Patterns. Rob is also joining the ITC conference as MarTech Practice Lead with SAS, so you can find him at the event.
